All of our personal training clients start with an initial assessment geared to your goals. Where appropriate, our assessment process includes movement screens, body composition testing and nutrition consultations.

Ever been to one of those fitness classes where the instructor doesn’t know who’s coming, is clear they haven’t planned the session and there’s no real coaching? That’s not us.

The classes take place in small groups meaning the quality of the coaching isn’t compromised, keeping you safe and injury free so you can focus on getting fitter and stronger.
All of our classes are hosted by Jimmy and Livi and whether your goals are to get stronger, fitter or to injury proof your body, our classes are for you.

If you’re determined to shed some pounds or work off that Christmas turkey* then you’ve come to the right place. Our Transformation Packages last at least 8 weeks – this is the minimum length of time to truly create lasting changes to your habits and lifestyle.
*vegan Christmas products are also allowed.
All of our 8 week training programs get the whole body looking and feeling better than ever, but we always tailor our plans to your needs – so if you want a set of glutes fit for balancing champagne glasses on or biceps worthy of beating Madonna in an arm wrestle, then we’ve got you covered. Our plans have you training a minimum of 3 times per week – all performed in the gym or a combination of gym-based exercise and home-exercise.
